Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic reveals the two areas he needs to improve and provides injury update

Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic has revealed the two areas he still needs to improve and reflected on the injury that disrupted his first season at Stamford Bridge. The USA international ended his four-year stint at Borussia Dortmund last summer by completing a £58million move to Chelsea. Pulisic has endured a mixed start to his Blues career, scoring six goals in 23 matches for Chelsea but also spending much time on the bench under club legend Frank Lampard. Lampard has previously praised Pulisic’s potential while urging him to improve in certain areas and the 21-year-old admits he still needs to get better. ‘I want to learn to be even more clinical in front of goal continue to boost my numbers, get more goals and assists,’ Pulisic told Sky Sports. ‘I want to be stronger on the ball, being able to hold off players and those are two areas that I’m definitely working on.’ Pulisic’s last appearance for Chelsea came on New Year’s Day, with the American subsequently sidelined for a couple of months with a tendon injury. article here
